Once again I am so sorry for being gone for so long. I am going to try and be a little more consistent now and share what is going on in our day-to-day life. In our house we are trying to eat a little healthier by adding a lot more veggies and fruits to our diets. Things are certainly different since we have moved to Georgia, where EVERYTHING is deep fried! Some recent foods we have made include: Steak, Gorgonzola, and Arugula Pizza:
Another recipe we have pecently had that is mostly a repeat is our tuna steak (rare) with dipping sauce, Poke, Carrot sticks with Peanut butter, and a side salad of Arugula, carrots, strawberries, and a homemade vinaigrette (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, strawberry-mojito jelly). We also had a side green-apple martini:
Aside from culinary delights I have been working on some crafts such as: a jar of date night possibilities, a couple question container for road trips, and a weekly menu board!
More in the upcoming days or next week! ENJOY!!

What's Cookin' Good Lookin'
I haven't written in a while due to school and just in general slacking on it. I am officially done with classes and I am preparing to take my Comprehensive Exam in one week from today. I am not looking forward to it and I am beyond nervous about the whole thing!
I have been working hard to finish and have my eye on the prize (finishing and graduating)! I am thrilled to finally being done and looking forward to seeing friends and family around my graduation!
I am trying very hard to not think about the Comprehensive Exam (4 Questions with 1.5 hours each for writing time). So, 6hours of exams in two days. Then later in April will be the 2-3 hour Oral Defense. Once both parts are passed then I will be 100% ready to graduate. I just hope I can pull this off without too many ulcers, sleepless nights, or mental break downs...
Right now I am focusing on my message the day after my Comprehensive Exams!
